Richard MINFELDE
Richard holds a Ph.D. in biomechanical engineering and a degree in strategic management. Prior to 2012, he headed the R&D and Industrialization departments at various international companies and was instrumental in the creation or commercial launch of numerous implantable devices.
Since then, through Bpath, he has supported projects from the initial exploration of a new idea—understanding how to bring it to life and commercialize it—through to the generation of descriptive, technical, quality, and regulatory data for the resulting products. He has the capability to handle a project from the initial idea to the market certification.
Patrick RAUGEL
Patrick is an international expert in implantable medical devices, with over 30 years of experience covering the entire product lifecycle, from design to post-market clinical follow-up. He advises manufacturers on critical issues—including clinical evaluation, regulatory strategies, biocompatibility, risk management, and industrialization—in highly regulated environments. As an IRCA auditor, he is well-versed in the major MedTech standards and takes a strategic and operational approach to complex projects.
Chantal PIRON
A pharmaceutical chemist by training, Chantal has more than 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production in the pharmaceutical industry. Drawing on this experience gained at international companies, she now assists manufacturers with their compliance challenges, particularly in the areas of process validation, supplier qualification, quality risk management, and the preparation of technical documentation. Her operational expertise, pragmatic approach, and ability to share best practices enable her to effectively support the preparation for audits by notified bodies, as well as the professional development of teams.
Laurent NOBILE
A biologist by training, Laurent has worked in all aspects of quality assurance and held related positions in a variety of settings for more than 10 years, before continuing his career as an independent consultant—a role he has held for the past 10 years as well. From startups to international corporations, working with different standards and across various fields, he has specialized in the field of medical devices. By addressing both organizational and operational aspects, his approach is above all rational and truly tailored to each client’s needs.
